Sandbox : 420 Road Chinese Restaurant

Sometimes I still like to go back to Sandbox (1) just to build with limits for like a challenge (Or setting up a Boundary before I imagine more than I could do.) So here's what I build,

a Chinese Restaurant without those red and gold color scheme.
